Continuation from density/P1 handoff

Refreshes README.md and the authoritative handoff against the current development baseline.

Updated facts

149 production Kotlin source files and 632 JVM tests across 85 test files (2 skipped, 0 failures in a clean local run).
Room schema v12 and Coil 3.2.0.
Moderation is implemented; the abandoned feat/moderation WIP is no longer presented as the current status.
.forgejo/workflows/ci.yml and the signed minified release-check job are documented.
Remaining release work is Play Store listing/publication.
